The hotel's location is a major advantage. It is conveniently situated near two underground stations, allowing guests to easily access the city center. being close to a supermarket provides convenience for guests needing to purchase essentials during their stay.
The lack of response from the hotel's management to important concerns raised by guests is disheartening.
